Racanelli defendeu sua disserta\u00e7\u00e3o de mestrado intitulada \u201cAn\u00e1lise das caracter\u00edsticas funcionais reprodutivas das esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas mais comuns em fragmentos urbanos no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo, SP\u201d, sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da Dra. In\u00eas Cordeiro e do Dr. Eduardo Pereira Cabral Gomes (In memorian) e sob a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da Dra. Adriana de O. Fidalgo e da Dra. Sonia Aragaki. A banca de defesa foi composta pelo Dr. Ricardo Jos\u00e9 Francischetti Garcia, Dra. Renata Jimenez de Almeida Scabbia e Dra. In\u00eas Cordeiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">O estudo teve como objetivo o levantamento das caracter\u00edsticas funcionais reprodutivas das esp\u00e9cies mais abundantes de seis parques inseridos na mancha urbana de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<hr align=\"center\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">An\u00e1lise das caracter\u00edsticas funcionais reprodutivas das esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas mais comuns em fragmentos urbanos no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo, SP<\/h3>\n<hr align=\"center\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Analysis of the functional reproductive characteristics of the most common tree species in urban fragments in the city of S\u00e3o Paulo, SP, Brazil.) The aim of this study was to assess the reproductive functional characteristics of the most abundant species in six parks located in the urban matrix of the city of S\u00e3o Paulo. Forty-five reproductive characteristics of the 118 most abundant species in the parks were identified from the literature. Multivariate Analysis demonstrated that these parks cluster according to vegetation structure. When the most relevant reproductive characteristics (6) were considered, the patterns observed in vegetation structure became more evident. Burle Marx and Previd\u00eancia Parks underwent restoration plantings and tended to cluster together. Alfredo Volpi, Santo Dias, and PEFI are better preserved and had a greater number of native and endangered species, forming another group. Trianon Park, due to the large number of exotic and invasive species, remained separate from the others. Functional characteristics related to reproduction are suitable for separating the studied parks according to their degree of conservation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key words<\/strong>: Urban diversity, Atlantic Forest, urban forest, floral biology, breeding system.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>RESUMO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">An\u00e1lise das caracter\u00edsticas funcionais reprodutivas das esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas mais comuns em fragmentos urbanos no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo, SP). O objetivo deste estudo foi levantar as caracter\u00edsticas funcionais reprodutivas das esp\u00e9cies mais abundantes em seis parques localizados na matriz urbana do munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo. Quarenta e cinco caracter\u00edsticas reprodutivas das 118 esp\u00e9cies mais abundantes nos parques foram identificadas a partir da literatura. An\u00e1lises multivariadas demonstraram que esses parques se agrupam de acordo com a estrutura da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando as caracter\u00edsticas reprodutivas mais relevantes (6) foram consideradas, os padr\u00f5es observados na estrutura da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o se tornaram mais evidentes. Os Parques Burle Marx e Previd\u00eancia passaram por plantios de restaura\u00e7\u00e3o e tenderam a se agrupar. Alfredo Volpi, Santo Dias e PEFI s\u00e3o mais conservados e apresentaram maior n\u00famero de esp\u00e9cies nativas e amea\u00e7adas, formando outro grupo. O Parque Trianon, devido ao grande n\u00famero de esp\u00e9cies ex\u00f3ticas e invasoras, permaneceu separado dos demais.
