Iracema Helena Schoenlein Crusius (IBt) e pelo Dr. Luiz Mauro Barbosa (IBt).<\/p>\n<hr align=\"center\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Diversidade de pol\u00edporos (<em>Basidiomycota<\/em>) em uma \u00e1rea de reflorestamento com esp\u00e9cies nativas no munic\u00edpio de Mogi-Gua\u00e7u, SP, Brasil<\/h3>\n<hr align=\"center\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Polypores, fungi of the phylum Basidiomycota that present tubular hymenophore, are mostly wood-decaying fungi and act in the decomposition of vegetal matter. Their ecological importance lies on the recycling of nutrients and the maintenance of terrestrial ecosystems. The present study evaluated the community structure of this group of fungi in an area under restoration and its use as a monitoring parameter of the restoration. The degree of preservation of the area was evaluated by comparison with nearby preserved areas. The area of study, Private Natural Heritage Reserve S\u00e3o Marcelo Forest Park in Mogi-Gua\u00e7u, SP, is an area of 240 hectares of seasonal semideciduous forest, formed from a reforestation of native species in 2002. Collections was held every two months during a one-year period, within ten permanent plots, divided into two sample sets, with two transects (4 x 50 m) delimited in each plot. Additional collections were carried out to understand the fungal diversity of the Reserve, revealing the occurrence of 41 species of wood-decaying Agaricomycetes, in addition to the polypores collected in the transects (a total of 224 specimens were identified in 41 species). An identification key for the Reserve polypore species was elaborated. The community of polypores from the Reserve was characterized according to species composition richness, abundance and functionality. Identification of the species was based on the morphological analysis of the basidiomata and the selected specimens were deposited in the Herbarium SP of the Instituto de Bot\u00e2nica. A total of 118 specimens of polypores included in 31 species were collected along the transects. <em>Ceriporiopsis<\/em> <em>balaenae <\/em>Niemel\u00e4 and <em>Polyporus<\/em> <em>subpurpurascens <\/em>(Murrill) Ryvarden are new records from S\u00e3o Paulo State and a new species of <em>Neofavolus<\/em> is described. The results showed that the diversity of polypores in the Reserve comparable to the preserved area. <em>Coriolopsis floccosa <\/em>(Jungh.) Ryvarden, <em>Pycnoporus sanguineus <\/em>(L.) Murrill and <em>Trametes villosa <\/em>(Sw.) Kreisel were the most abundant species and classified as common, while the others were occasional (9) or rare (19). Four functional groups were found based on the relative frequency of the species in each substrate, showing that species have a certain preference. The present study revealed that the structure of the polypore community can be used as a monitoring parameter of restored areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> ecology, macrofungy, Polyporales, restauration, taxonomy.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>RESUMO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pol\u00edporos, fungos do filo Basidiomycota que apresentam himen\u00f3foro tubular, s\u00e3o lign\u00edcolas em sua maioria e atuam na decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o de mat\u00e9ria vegetal. Sua import\u00e2ncia ecol\u00f3gica est\u00e1 na ciclagem dos nutrientes e na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos ecossistemas terrestres. O presente estudo avaliou a estrutura da comunidade em termos de riqueza e abund\u00e2ncia deste grupo de fungos em uma \u00e1rea em restaura\u00e7\u00e3o e a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o como par\u00e2metro de monitoramento da restaura\u00e7\u00e3o. O grau de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea foi avaliado atrav\u00e9s de compara\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00e1reas pr\u00f3ximas mais preservadas. A \u00e1rea de estudo, Reserva Particular do Patrim\u00f4nio Natural Parque Florestal S\u00e3o Marcelo em Mogi-Gua\u00e7u, SP, \u00e9 uma \u00e1rea de 240 hectares de floresta estacional semidecidual, formada a partir de um reflorestamento de esp\u00e9cies nativas em 2002. As coletas foram realizadas bimestralmente no per\u00edodo de um ano (outubro de 2015 \u00e0 outubro de 2016), em dez (10) parcelas permanentes divididas em dois conjuntos amostrais (RPPN-A e RPPN-B), com duas (2) transec\u00e7\u00f5es (4 x 50 m) inseridas em cada parcela. A comunidade de pol\u00edporos da Reserva foi caracterizada de acordo com riqueza, abund\u00e2ncia e grupos funcionais. A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das esp\u00e9cies foi baseada na an\u00e1lise morfol\u00f3gica do basidioma e os exemplares selecionados foram depositados no Herb\u00e1rio SP do Instituto de Bot\u00e2nica. Coletas adicionais foram realizadas para conhecimento da diversidade f\u00fangica da Reserva revelando a ocorr\u00eancia de dez esp\u00e9cies de Agaricomycetes lign\u00edcolas al\u00e9m dos pol\u00edporos coletados nas transec\u00e7\u00f5es (no total foram identificados 224 esp\u00e9cimes em 41 esp\u00e9cies). Uma chave de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o para as esp\u00e9cies de pol\u00edporos da RPPN foi elaborada. Foram coletados nas transec\u00e7\u00f5es 118 esp\u00e9cimes de pol\u00edporos inclu\u00eddos em 31 esp\u00e9cies.<em> Ceriporiopsis balaenae <\/em>Niemel\u00e4 e <em>Polyporus subpurpurascens <\/em>(Murrill) Ryvarden s\u00e3o novos registros para o estado de S\u00e3o Paulo e uma nova esp\u00e9cie de <em>Neofavolus <\/em>\u00e9 descrita. Os resultados mostraram que a riqueza de pol\u00edporos da RPPN est\u00e1 no mesmo n\u00edvel da \u00e1rea preservada. <em>Coriolopsis floccosa <\/em>(Jungh.) Ryvarden, <em>Pycnoporus sanguineus <\/em>(L.) Murrill e <em>Trametes villosa <\/em>(Sw.) Kreisel foram as esp\u00e9cies mais abundantes e classificadas como comuns, sendo as demais ocasionais (9) ou raras (19).
