Dr. Luiz Mauro Barbosa\u00a0 (IBt\/SP).<\/p>\n<hr align=\"center\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Dispers\u00e3o e frugivoria de sementes por aves em \u00e1rea restaurada e Floresta Estacional Semidec\u00eddua com diferentes est\u00e1gios de regenera\u00e7\u00e3o em Mogi Gua\u00e7u \u2013 SP<\/h3>\n<hr align=\"center\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In recent years, with the advancement of knowledge in the area of \u200b\u200becological restoration, there has been a growing conception that we should seek not only plant recomposition, but also the return of ecological processes that are fundamental in this resumption, such as seed dispersal, the initial stage of the process. recruitment process of new plant individuals. Among the seed dispersing animals, birds have a prominent role, being considered one of the main dispersers, so that understanding the dynamics of this process in an area under restoration process is fundamental for the correct follow-up of the resumption of this process. Thus, we aimed to verify how frugivory and seed dispersal evolve after 16 years in a restored semideciduous seasonal forest area with planting with high diversity of tree species in the municipality of Mogi-Gua\u00e7u &#8211; SP. For this, focal tree observations were made in fruit individuals, recording each frugivory event, as well as the analysis of seed rain through 1m2 collectors. Thus, we obtained from a total of 22 fruit tree species available for avifauna, and from a total of 96 bird species recorded in the study area, 29 species interacted with frugivory events. Of these, 66% considered omnivorous and 21% considered frugivorous. The seed rain recorded a diversity of 49 species, 42 species coming from the planting itself. Of these, 22 were zoochoric. We concluded that the richness and variety of plant species was considered sufficient for the bird community, and provided food throughout the study period. The frugivory event occurred throughout the year, and only large frugivorous birds living on the ground were not observed. Seed rain has a large variety of zoochoric species for a restoration area, so planting with high species diversity has been able to successfully promote this ecological process to date.<br \/>\nKeywords: Restoration, seed dispersal, birdplant interaction, birds, frugivory, seed shower<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>RESUMO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nos \u00faltimos anos, com os avan\u00e7os no conhecimento na \u00e1rea da restaura\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica, cresce a concep\u00e7\u00e3o de que devemos buscar n\u00e3o apenas a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o vegetal, mas sim a volta de processos ecol\u00f3gicos que s\u00e3o fundamentais nesta retomada , como a dispers\u00e3o de sementes, etapa inicial do processo de recrutamento de novos indiv\u00edduos vegetais. Dentre os animais que dispersam sementes, as aves possuem papel de destaque, sendo consideradas os principais dispersores, de forma que compreender a din\u00e2mica deste processo em uma \u00e1rea em processo de restaura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fundamental para o correto acompanhamento da retomada deste processo. Sendo assim, tivemos como objetivo para este trabalho verificar como a frugivoria e a dispers\u00e3o de sementes evoluiram ap\u00f3s 16 anos em uma \u00e1rea de floresta estacional Semidecidua restaurada com plantio com alta diversidade de esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas no munic\u00edpio de Mogi-Gua\u00e7u &#8211; SP. Para isto foram realizadas observa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e1rvore focal em indiv\u00edduos com frutos, registrando cada evento de frugivoria, bem como a an\u00e1lise da chuva de sementes atrav\u00e9s de coletores com 1m<sup>2<\/sup>. Obtivemos assim, de um total de 22 esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas com frutos dispon\u00edveis para a avifauna, e, de um total de 96 esp\u00e9cies de aves registradas na \u00e1rea do estudo, 29 esp\u00e9cies que interagiram nos eventos de frugivoria. Destas, 66% consideradas on\u00edvoras e 21% consideradas frug\u00edvoras. A chuva de sementes registrou uma diversidade de 49 esp\u00e9cies, sendo 42 esp\u00e9cies provenientes do pr\u00f3prio plantio. Destas, 22 eram zooc\u00f3ricas. Concluimos que a riqueza e variedade de esp\u00e9cies vegetais foram consideradas suficientes para a comunidade de aves, e disponibilizaram alimento durante todo o per\u00edodo do estudo. O evento de frugivoria ocorreu durante todo o ano, sendo que aves frug\u00edvoras de grande porte que vivem no solo n\u00e3o foram observadas.
