Leal na presen\u00e7a de nitrato e\/ou am\u00f4nio em plantas provenientes de sementes ou de segmentos nodais<\/h3>\n<hr align=\"center\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Ananas comosus <\/em>var<em>. Ananas<\/em> (Baker) Coppens F. Leal is a bromeliad that has ornamental potential and currently is being produced and exported as &#8220;cut flower&#8221;. However among the species of ornamental pineapples, it is still not economically exploited. Besides its scenic potential, this species is native to the cerrado, an endangered biome extinction studies and conservation measures of their species, making it necessary. <em>In vitro <\/em>culture, along with nutritional studies, has been used in the conservation of many plants of economic interest, as it allows the propagation and optimization of its growth. A major plant nutrient is nitrogen which is available mainly in the form of nitrate and ammonium, which can be supplied separately or combined in the culture medium. There are few studies about the micropropagation of this species using nodal segments on nitrogen metabolism, and the influence of the supply of different nitrogen forms isolated for propagation. Thereby, the aim of this study was to evaluate the growth, development and nitrogen assimilation in <em>A. comosus<\/em> var. <em>ananassoides <\/em>cultured <em>in vitro<\/em> in the presence of different nitrogen sources (nitrate, ammonium and ammonium nitrate) in plants from nodal segments and plants from seeds, and thus determine the best nitrogen source for its spread in order to provide for studies of propagation and to conserve species. Plants obtained <em>in vitro<\/em> from nodal segments and from the seeds were cultivated for seven months in the medium of culture modified with forms of nitrate (NO<sub>3<\/sub><sup>&#8211;<\/sup>), ammonium (NH<sub>4<\/sub><sup>+<\/sup>) and ammonium nitrate (NH<sub>4<\/sub>NO<sub>3<\/sub>) at concentrations of 15, 30, 60, 90 mM N, then the plants were acclimatized for three months, seeing that 60 mM of NO<sub>3<\/sub><sup>&#8211;<\/sup> and of NH<sub>4<\/sub>NO<sub>3<\/sub> were the treatments most suited to the growth of this species <em>in vitro<\/em>, however cultured <em>ex vitro<\/em> plants showed higher growth in 60 mM NH<sub>4<\/sub>NO<sub>3<\/sub>, noting also that the <em>in vitro<\/em> cultured plants in 60 mM NO<sub>3<\/sub><sup>&#8211;<\/sup> and NH<sub>4<\/sub>NO<sub>3<\/sub> showed similar growth behavior and assimilation N.<br \/>\n<strong>Keywords:\u00a0 <\/strong>Bromeliaceae, Micropropagation, Mineral Nutrition, <em>In vitro <\/em>culture<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>RESUMO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Ananas comosus <\/em>var. <em>ananassoides <\/em>(Baker) Coppens &amp; F. Leal \u00e9 uma brom\u00e9lia ornamental que \u00e9 produzida e exportada como \u201cflor de corte\u201d. Al\u00e9m do seu potencial paisag\u00edstico, esta esp\u00e9cie \u00e9 nativa do cerrado, um bioma amea\u00e7ado de extin\u00e7\u00e3o, tornando-se necess\u00e1rios estudos e medidas de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de suas esp\u00e9cies. O cultivo <em>in vitro, <\/em>juntamente com os estudos nutricionais, tem sido utilizado na conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas plantas de interesse econ\u00f4mico, visto que possibilita a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o e a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do seu crescimento. Dentre os nutrientes o nitrog\u00eanio \u00e9 requerido em maior quantidade, este se encontra dispon\u00edvel, principalmente, nas formas de nitrato e de am\u00f4nio, os quais podem ser fornecidos separadamente ou combinados. Poucos s\u00e3o os estudos sobre a micropropaga\u00e7\u00e3o desta esp\u00e9cie em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao metabolismo do nitrog\u00eanio, e a respeito da influ\u00eancia do fornecimento isolado de diferentes formas nitrogenadas para propaga\u00e7\u00e3o da mesma. Diante do exposto, o presente trabalho objetivou avaliar o crescimento, o desenvolvimento, e a assimila\u00e7\u00e3o do nitrog\u00eanio em <em>Ananas comosus <\/em>var. <em>ananassoides <\/em>cultivadas <em>in vitro <\/em>na presen\u00e7a de diferentes fontes nitrogenadas (nitrato, am\u00f4nio e nitrato de am\u00f4nio), tanto em plantas provenientes de segmentos nodais quanto em plantas provenientes de sementes, e com isso, determinar a melhor fonte nitrogenada para a sua propaga\u00e7\u00e3o a fim de fornecer subs\u00eddios para estudos de propaga\u00e7\u00e3o e, consequentemente, para conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da esp\u00e9cie.
