PM Walter Nyakas J\u00fanior, Secret\u00e1rio-Chefe da Casa Militar e Coordenador da Defesa Civil do Estado, durante cerim\u00f4nia de comemora\u00e7\u00e3o dos 45 anos de cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Defesa Civil no Estado.
