A\u00a0tem\u00e1tica ser\u00e1 a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica de esp\u00e9cies nativas e ter\u00e1 a palmeira ju\u00e7ara como caso de estudo. Por este motivo ser\u00e1 realizado no Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar &#8211; N\u00facleo Picinguaba, em Ubatuba, para aproveitar a safra desta esp\u00e9cie.<\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0evento \u00e9 uma iniciativa de diversos parceiros e produtores locais, organizado pelo Instituto Florestal, atrav\u00e9s do Viveiro Florestal de Taubat\u00e9, com a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica do Renato Lorza, da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal.\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">O curso \u00e9 permanente e formado por encontros peri\u00f3dicos chamados de m\u00f3dulo. Cada entidade participante banca suas despesas e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 custo para o evento.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Hist\u00f3rico do curso<\/strong><br \/>\nEntre outubro de 2012 e outubro de 2013, o Instituto Florestal, atrav\u00e9s do\u00a0Viveiro Florestal de Taubat\u00e9, em parceria com a Empresa Florestas Inteligentes e com apoio da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal, promoveu o\u00a0Curso de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Sementes Florestais. O curso se iniciou com o objetivo de qualificar os profissionais da regi\u00e3o para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de sementes em conformidade com a Lei 10.711\/03 (Sistema Nacional de Sementes e Mudas). Congrega profissionais do Vale do Paraiba, Mantiqueira e Litoral Norte.<\/p>\n<p>O curso teve inicialmente 6 m\u00f3dulos e foi oferecido para profissionais representantes de diversas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, entre elas, ONGs, empresas, \u00f3rg\u00e3os estaduais, viveiros de mudas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino das regi\u00f5es do Vale do Para\u00edba, Serra da Mantiqueira e Litoral Norte.\u00a0Al\u00e9m de possibilitar a troca de informa\u00e7\u00e3o entre os instrutores e participantes, o curso teve o objetivo maior de criar uma rede de produtores de sementes na regi\u00e3o. \u00a0Assim, pretendia-se, mesmo ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino dos m\u00f3dulos, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de encontros peri\u00f3dicos para que os participantes mantivessem \u00a0contato e pudessem se fortalecer enquanto rede.\u00a0O primeiro encontro foi realizado no dia 07 de outubro de 2014, no Viveiro Florestal de Taubat\u00e9.
