Trata-se de um programa para melhoria dos l\u00edderes em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental nas escolas de ensino fundamental, no \u00e2mbito do Programa Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica entre a Japan Internacional Cooperation Agency (JICA), Shimane Internacional Center (SIC) e Munic\u00edpio de Ca\u00e7apava.<\/p>\n<p>Estiveram presentes: o l\u00edder do projeto Kiichiro Arima, Presidente do Conselho do SIC; o especialista ambiental do projeto Akinori Hada, Professor da Universidade de Shimane; a vice-l\u00edder do projeto Kazuyo Tamakushi, Diretora Executiva do SIC; a coordenadora do projeto Mayumi Kotera,Gerente de Assuntos de Interc\u00e2mbio; o Coordenador do Programa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental Ca\u00e7apava\/JICA\/Shimane Sergio Hiroaki, Coordenador de Cursos e Est\u00e1gios de Shimane; e a int\u00e9rprete Mayumi Yoshimura. Tamb\u00e9m participou da visita o pesquisador cient\u00edfico aposentado do IF Guenji Yamazoe, grande articulador da comunidade nip\u00f4nica.
