Para efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema foi criada a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Corta Fogo, que visa a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos focos de inc\u00eandio e, consequentemente, a minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos impactos que estes acarretam. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea a integra\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, monitoramento, controle e combate a inc\u00eandios florestais, que ser\u00e3o coordenadas pela Secretaria de Meio Ambiente em conjunto com Corpo de Bombeiros, Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental, munic\u00edpios e Casa Militar.<\/p>\n<p>O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de aproximadamente 15 chefias de se\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica das Esta\u00e7\u00f5es Experimentais e de Unidades Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto Florestal e da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal e outros 50 representantes de diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades afetas ao Programa: Secretaria de Agricultura, Secretaria dos Transportes, prefeituras, setor de papel e celulose, reflorestamento, empresas de resinagem, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o iniciou com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema Estadual de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o e Combate a Inc\u00eandios Florestais pelo Secret\u00e1rio Operacional do Programa Ricardo Viegas. Em seguida, os bombeiros da regi\u00e3o falaram sobre o PAM \u2013 Plano de Ajuda M\u00fatua e sobre a\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e combate.
