O evento foi organizado pela Ag\u00eancia de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Jap\u00e3o (JICA), pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Bolsistas da JICA (ABJICA) e teve o apoio do IF.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">O Diretor Geral do IF Miguel Luiz Menezes Freitas representou o Secret\u00e1rio do Estado do Meio Ambiente Bruno Covas na mesa de abertura. Tamb\u00e9m esteve presente o pesquisador aposentado do IF e Presidente da ABJICA Dr. Guenji Yamazoe. A mesa foi composta ainda pelo Secret\u00e1rio-Chefe da Casa Militar e Coordenador Estadual de Defesa Civil, Cel. Benedito Roberto Meira, o Presidente do Conselho Regional de Qu\u00edmica, Manlio de Augustinis, o Representante-Chefe da JICA-Brasil esteve representado por Chiaki Kobayashi e o Presidente do Gunma Kenjin-kai do Brasil, Sumikatsu Uchiyama.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">O Cel. Benedito Roberto de Meira falou sobre as tend\u00eancias e a\u00e7\u00f5es da Defesa Civil no Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. Falou sobre monitoramento e preven\u00e7\u00e3o e destacou a educa\u00e7\u00e3o como o fator mais importante a ser trabalhado. Em seguida, o Professor Toshitaka Katada, da Universidade de Gunma, Jap\u00e3o, proferiu palestra sobre o &#8220;Milagre de Kamaishi&#8221;. Contou como mais de 3 mil crian\u00e7as evacuaram uma cidade no interior do Jap\u00e3o salvando-se do tsunami, consequ\u00eancia de um trabalho bem feito de educa\u00e7\u00e3o em preven\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos. Ainda na parte da manh\u00e3, o tamb\u00e9m professor da Universidade de Gunma, Koichi Shima, ministrou a palestra &#8220;Novas estrat\u00e9gias de resgate das enchentes no Jap\u00e3o&#8221;. Mostrou as ferramentas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o utilizadas para apressar a retirada de pessoas em \u00e1reas de risco, como o mapa m\u00f3vel, que simula processos de evacua\u00e7\u00e3o. Na parte da tarde, o Pesquisador do Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnol\u00f3gicas Agostinho Tadashi Ogura falou sobre o papel do monitoramento e alerta e relacionou os desastres geol\u00f3gicos com a quest\u00e3o da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o demogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">O evento, com mais de 200 pessoas inscritas, aconteceu no Audit\u00f3rio do Conselho Regional de Qu\u00edmica, em S\u00e3o Paulo, e foi voltado para agentes da defesa civil, especialistas em educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, professores, pesquisadores e estudantes em ci\u00eancias ambientais e sociais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fotos:<\/strong>\u00a0Paulo Andreetto de Muzio<br \/>\n<strong>Mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es:\u00a0<\/strong>Pesquisador Cient\u00edfico Guenji Yamazoe &#8211; Tel.
