complexidade da quest\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria nos Parques e Esta\u00e7\u00f5es Ecol\u00f3gicas do estado de S\u00e3o Paulo: origens e efeitos da indisciplina da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e do registro imobili\u00e1rio<\/em><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">, de autoria de Joaquim de Britto Costa Neto.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">O evento aconteceu no audit\u00f3rio do Conselho Estadual de Meio Ambiente (Consema), na sede da Secretaria do Meio Ambiente de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>O autor trabalhou no trabalhou na Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, no Departamento de Parques e A\u0301reas Naturais, entre 1985 e 1990, e\u00a0 no Instituto Florestal (IF) de 1990 at\u00e9 o seu falecimento em 2009, na Divis\u00e3o de Reservas e Parques Estaduais, onde foi Diretor de Divisa\u0303o (11\/1991 &#8211; 1\/1995), ale\u0301m de atuar na criac\u0327a\u0303o, planejamento e gesta\u0303o de Unidades de Conservac\u0327a\u0303o, destacando-se dentre elas o Parque Estadual Tur\u00edstico do Alto Ribeira.<\/p>\n<p>Sua paix\u00e3o pelo tema fundi\u00e1rio fez com que realizasse muitos trabalhos com a Assessoria de Estudos Patrimoniais (AEP) do IF, que contava \u00e0 \u00e9poca com os advogados Maria Aparecida Candido Salles Resende (coordenadora), Antonio Teleginski, Ros\u00e2ngela C\u00e9lia Ribeiro de Oliveira e Valdely Cardoso de Brito, e os agrimensores Genival Salles e Jos\u00e9 da Silva.<\/p>\n<p>A obra \u00e9 o resultado da tese de doutorado do Joaquim, realizada na Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (FAU\/USP), sob orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da Dra. Erminia Maricato. Trata da quest\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria em parques e esta\u00e7\u00f5es ecol\u00f3gicas no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. O autor ingressou no universo da conserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental em 1984 e se apaixonou pela tem\u00e1tica, sobretudo pela quest\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria. N\u00e3o demorou a perceber que o principal gargalo na gest\u00e3o das unidades de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o era o fundi\u00e1rio. Sempre com essa quest\u00e3o como norteadora percorreu um longo caminho na sua trajet\u00f3ria profissional coroando-a com esse brilhante trabalho, que certamente ser\u00e1 uma refer\u00eancia para todos aqueles que desejam entender melhor sobre o assunto.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2014, a fam\u00edlia\u00a0 procurou a Comiss\u00e3o Editorial do Instituto Florestal com o manuscrito em m\u00e3os, ciente da import\u00e2ncia de se publicar o trabalho. Em pouco tempo os tr\u00e2mites necess\u00e1rios para a publica\u00e7\u00e3o foram realizados (revis\u00e3o, editora\u00e7\u00e3o, textos de pref\u00e1cio, cataloga\u00e7\u00e3o, dentre outras medidas).
