300px\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>No dia 08 de novembro aconteceu a 1\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o dos conselhos consultivos do Parque Estadual de Itaberaba e Floresta Estadual de Guarulhos.\u00a0O encontro foi realizado em formato de oficina ampliada e \u00e9 parte do processo de consulta p\u00fablica e participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos planos de manejo.\u00a0A reuni\u00e3o ocorreu na Reserva Ibirapitanga no munic\u00edpio de Santa Isabel e<span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">\u00a0objetivou colher contribui\u00e7\u00f5es para o diagn\u00f3stico que est\u00e1 sendo elaborado para os Planos de Manejo do Projeto Piloto do Cont\u00ednuo Cantareira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>O evento teve a presen\u00e7a de cerca de 60 pessoas, entre conselheiros das unidades do poder p\u00fablico, da sociedade civil e de outros segmentos convidados, representantes do Comit\u00ea de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos Planos de Manejo, t\u00e9cnicos e pesquisadores da Secretaria do Meio Ambiente:\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">Instituto Florestal,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: inherit\">Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal, Instituto Geol\u00f3gico, Cetesb, Coordenadoria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental (CEA) e Coordenadoria de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental (CFA), Coordenadoria de Planejamento Ambiental (CPLA) e gestores e diretoria da metropolitana e interior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>O Instituto Florestal \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel no que tange ao subs\u00eddio cient\u00edfico para os debates acerca das \u00e1reas naturais protegidas. Al\u00e9m disso, durante as reuni\u00f5es, muitas vezes membros de outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os ou da sociedade civil recorrem aos pesquisadores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o para sanar d\u00favidas sobre quest\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoje \u00e9 um momento hist\u00f3rico pelo fato da metodologia que est\u00e1 sendo criada na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de planos de manejo \u00e9 inovadora e envolve v\u00e1rios t\u00e9cnicos do Sistema Ambiental Paulista\u201d, afirmou Gustavo Alexandre, gestor da Floresta Estadual de Guarulhos.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 Ana L\u00facia Arromba, gestora do Parque Estadual de Itaberaba pontuou o momento como um marco do empoderamento da sociedade local e regional como atores diretos no processo de gest\u00e3o dessas unidades de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA participa\u00e7\u00e3o na gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica \u00e9 um desafio em todas as esferas municipal, estadual e federal. Estamos com a oportunidade de qualificar sobre que tipo de participa\u00e7\u00e3o que estamos falando. Esse momento vai se materializar num roteiro metodol\u00f3gico que vai ser replicado pelo restante do Estado e sendo S\u00e3o Paulo um estado pioneiro, provavelmente ir\u00e1 inspirar o restante do Pa\u00eds. Os presentes aqui est\u00e3o escrevendo mais um cap\u00edtulo da est\u00f3ria da participa\u00e7\u00e3o social na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos de manejo\u201d, concluiu\u00a0<span
