\/><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>No dia 25 de outubro, o Instituto Florestal (IF) realizou a 6\u00ba edi\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Semin\u00e1rio Frutos da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica: o sabor da biodiversidade<\/strong>.\u00a0O evento aconteceu no munic\u00edpio de Registro\/SP e contou com a presen\u00e7a de 161 participantes inscritos.<\/p>\n<p>O Semin\u00e1rio foi criado em 2012 com o objetivo de difundir as frutas do bioma que tivessem potencial comercial. O evento cresceu e hoje proporciona o debate a troca de experi\u00eancias entre os produtores rurais que j\u00e1 trabalham com esses produtos e \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos envolvidos para a avaliar as novas perspectivas deste mercado. Alguns desdobramentos que se deram \u00e0 partir das edi\u00e7\u00f5es dos anos anteriores merecem ser destacados, como o aumento das pesquisas com essas esp\u00e9cies e a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do fruto de ju\u00e7ara na merenda escolar do munic\u00edpio de Sete Barras\/SP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A melhor forma de conservar uma esp\u00e9cie \u00e9 promover o seu uso&#8221;, defendeu o pesquisador cient\u00edfico do Instituto Florestal Miguel Luis Menezes Freitas, presente no evento.<\/p>\n<p>A mesa de abertura foi composta pelo pesquisador cient\u00edfico aposentado do IF e idealizador do evento Guenji Yamazoe, pelo pesquisador cient\u00edfico Miguel Luiz Menezes Freitas, representando o diretor geral do Instituto Luis Alberto Bucci, e pelo secret\u00e1rio de desenvolvimento agr\u00e1rio e meio ambiente de Registro Nelson Bas\u00edlio da Silva, representando o prefeito municipal.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira palestra foi a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da experi\u00eancia com sistemas agroflorestais e turismo rural realizada no S\u00edtio Bela Vista, em Canan\u00e9ia\/SP, pelos produtores Clodoaldo\u00a0Estevam Bernardo e Suzete Bernardo. Clodoaldo afirmou que a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de abelhas nativas\u00a0aumentaram sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ju\u00e7ara. &#8220;\u00c9\u00a0interessante observar o papel das abelhas na coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o da esp\u00e9cie&#8221;, afirmou o agricultor.<\/p>\n<p>O professor Antonio Baldo, da Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp) de Registro ministrou palestra \u00a0sobre a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o vegetativa de esp\u00e9cies frut\u00edferas e nativas, seguido por Horst Bremer e Poliana Spricigo, da Escola Superior de Agricultura &#8220;Luiz de Queiroz&#8221;(ESALQ\/USP), que apresentaram resultados de pesquisas realizadas com frutas da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica. O pesquisador afirmou que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o precisa conhecer e usar para valorizar os produtos do bioma.\u00a0Os estudos buscam caracterizar a qualidade dos frutos como cereja-do-rio-grande, cambuci, uvaia e grumixama\u00a0e realizar o mapeamento de suas variedades pelo territ\u00f3rio paulista. &#8220;Desta forma, quando o mercado estiver maduro, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel dizer onde eles est\u00e3o&#8221;, explicou Bremer.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00faltima palestra do per\u00edodo da manh\u00e3 foi realizada por Guaraci Belo de Oliveira, da Coordenadoria de Biodiversidade e Recursos Naturais da Secretaria do Meio Ambiente do Estado (CBRN\/SMA), que falou sobre a <a href=\"http:\/\/arquivos.ambiente.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/2016\/12\/Resolucao-SMA-014-2014.pdf\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SMA 14\/2014<\/a>, que &#8220;estabelece crit\u00e9rios e procedimentos para plantio, coleta e explora\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1veis de esp\u00e9cies nativas do Brasil no Bioma Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, no Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo&#8221;<i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>No per\u00edodo da tarde, Osmar Moska Diz e Beatriz Cant\u00fasio, da Coordenadoria de Assist\u00eancia Integral da Secretaria de Agricultura e Abastecimento (CATI\/SAA) orientaram sobre adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de pequenas agroind\u00fastrias para processamento de frutas.\u00a0Em seguida Jorge de Oliveira Diogo apresentou o trabalho da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o SOS Abelhas sem ferr\u00e3o e falou sobre a import\u00e2ncia das esp\u00e9cies de abelha nativas para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos. De acordo com Diogo, existem 730 esp\u00e9cies somente no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesa Redonda<\/strong><br \/>\nAo final, foi realizada uma grande mesa redonda moderada pelo pesquisador cient\u00edfico do IF Ocimar Jos\u00e9 Baptista Bim e pela professora da Unesp de Registro Francisca Alciv\u00e2nia de Melo Silva.\u00a0Alexandre Marques de Oliveira, da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal, mostrou diversas articula\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas entre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos e os atores locais que culminaram em resultados bastante positivos. Citou as pesquisas com ju\u00e7ara que come\u00e7aram a ser realizadas na Fatec de Cap\u00e3o Bonito ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento e o caso do munic\u00edpio de Sete Barras,\/SP que incluiu a polpa de ju\u00e7ara na merenda escolar.\u00a0O produtor Gilberto Ohta, que participa do evento desde a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, falou da import\u00e2ncia simb\u00f3lica da ju\u00e7ara para a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica. &#8220;Quando come\u00e7amos a trabalhar com a ju\u00e7ara, a esp\u00e9cie estava em extin\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, conta. Ohta ressaltou ainda a necessidade do di\u00e1logo entre \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos e produtores e da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas \u00a0para que se deem os primeiros passos. &#8220;N\u00f3s que estamos sempre brigando, agora estamos convergindo&#8221;, brincou Ohta. O produtor defendeu ainda que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ju\u00e7ara n\u00e3o funcionaria em grande escala e que o foco deve ser a agricultura familiar. O evento fechou com as palestras de\u00a0Antonio de Lara Mendes, que produz cacha\u00e7a com frutas nativas e\u00a0Maria Titi, produtora de cerveja artesanal de ju\u00e7ara.<\/p>\n<p>O Semin\u00e1rio teve ainda demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamento de colheita de frutos de palmeira-ju\u00e7ara.<\/p>\n<p>O audit\u00f3rio da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Cultural Nipo-Brasileira de Registro, onde foram realizados os trabalhos, recebeu um p\u00fablico bastante heterog\u00eaneo, com a presen\u00e7a de\u00a0produtores rurais, t\u00e9cnicos de \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos, estudantes universit\u00e1rios e gestores de unidades de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o. As quatro primeiras edi\u00e7\u00f5es do evento foram realizadas na sede do Instituto Florestal, na capital paulista. Em 2016 o evento come\u00e7ou a ser realizado em Registro por conta da maior proximidade com os produtores. A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento debate a possibilidade ainda de realizar o evento em outras regi\u00f5es do estado, como o Vale do Para\u00edba.<\/p>\n<p>A sexta edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Semin\u00e1rio Frutos da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica foi organizada pelo Instituto Florestal em parceria com a Japan Internacional Cooperation Agency (JICA), Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Bolsistas da JICA (Abjica), Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Cultural Nipo-Brasileira de Registro, Unesp de Registro, Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal, CBRN\/SMA, CATI\/SAA e Cetesb.
