decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>No dia 19 de fevereiro foi comemorado no Instituto Florestal (IF) o anivers\u00e1rio da funcion\u00e1ria Olga Pisaneschi Rodrigues, que no dia anterior completou 88 anos de vida. Seria deselegante revelar sua idade n\u00e3o fosse a import\u00e2ncia desta homenagem \u00e0 profissional que dedicou sua vida \u00e0 institui\u00e7\u00e3o e em mar\u00e7o completa 55 anos de casa.<\/p>\n<p>Dona Olga, como \u00e9 conhecida, \u00e9 a mais antiga funcion\u00e1ria da institui\u00e7\u00e3o em atividade. Entrou no ent\u00e3o Servi\u00e7o Florestal em 1961. Foi seu primeiro e \u00fanico emprego. Ela conta que nunca tinha visto uma m\u00e1quina de escrever na sua frente, mas teve muita ajuda e boa vontade das colegas. Em 1970 viu o Servi\u00e7o se tornar Instituto. Trabalhou na \u00e1rea de finan\u00e7as e na biblioteca, onde aprendeu muito (at\u00e9 a falar ingl\u00eas). Em 1983 foi para o Parque Estadual da Cantareira, onde ficou at\u00e9 1998. Conta que muitos que entraram como estagi\u00e1rios quando trabalhava l\u00e1, hoje em dia s\u00e3o chefes de se\u00e7\u00e3o e gestores de unidades. Dona Olga se aposentou do IF em 1987, ainda no Parque, e foi imediatamente contratada pela rec\u00e9m-criada Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal. Atualmente trabalha no setor de Recursos Humanos da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o, cuidando dos funcion\u00e1rios de outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es que est\u00e3o afastados para o Instituto.<\/p>\n<p>Se as hist\u00f3rias do Instituto e da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal se confundem, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favidas que Dona Olga \u00e9 a mem\u00f3ria viva de ambas. A comemora\u00e7\u00e3o de seu anivers\u00e1rio contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios das duas institui\u00e7\u00f5es e de familiares. Dona Olga morou 35 anos dentro da pr\u00f3pria sede do IF, segundo ela numa casa muito confort\u00e1vel que n\u00e3o poderia ter tido na \u00e9poca. E n\u00e3o se cansa de repetir que o Instituto Florestal \u00e9 sua fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fotos:<\/strong> Jos\u00e9 D.
