Prefeitura Municipal, apresentam a <strong>Revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Figueira das Taipas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00e1rvore tem valor hist\u00f3rico e cultural, sendo protegida pela\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.camarapinda.sp.gov.br\/lei-organica-e-regimento-interno\/Lei-Organica-Municipal-Pindamonhangaba.pdf\">Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal<\/a>\u00a0(Artigo 6\u00ba). \u00a0De acordo com o site da prefeitura, <em>conta-se\u00a0que em sua passagem por Pindamonhangaba, em 1822, a caminho de S\u00e3o Paulo, naquela c\u00e9lebre cavalgada que resultou na independ\u00eancia do Brasil, o imperador Pedro I teria parado para descansar sob uma frondosa \u00e1rvore, a \u201cfigueira das Taipas\u201d. Quase dois s\u00e9culos depois, permanece ainda dando sombra \u00e0 beira da estrada a mesma figueira. Testemunha da hist\u00f3ria, ela sobrevive como quem aguarda os novos acontecimentos<\/em>.\u00a0E os novos acontecimentos chegaram.<\/p>\n<p>O Instituto Florestal preparou o Projeto de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da Figueira das Taipas e acompanhou os procedimentos de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o deste exemplar hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00e1rvore estava\u00a0com muitos galhos mortos\u00a0e tomada por parasitas.\u00a0O tronco tamb\u00e9m estava bastante danificado e com partes mortas.\u00a0Foram identificados fungos sapr\u00f3fitas, que crescem apenas em tecido morto, indicando, portanto, que a madeira estava apodrecida.\u00a0Constatou-se ainda que havia sido colocado fogo no interior da \u00e1rvore. Outros vest\u00edgios, como os tijolos encontrados nos buracos, indicam que houve\u00a0a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um trabalho de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da Figueira h\u00e1 cerca de 50 anos.<\/p>\n<p>Com o apoio de equipes especializadas, primeiramente foi realizada a poda e a limpeza de parasitas e pragas na parte a\u00e9rea da \u00e1rvore. Visando \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do tronco, foi realizada sua\u00a0assepsia, com a retirada das partes mortas, e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de fungicidas para posterior preparo da dendrocirurgia*, que tem como objetivo impedir a entrada de insetos, pragas ou mesmo que joguem objetos estranhos nas cavidades das \u00e1rvores e coloquem fogo nas estruturas. Tamb\u00e9m foi feita a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do solo na regi\u00e3o das ra\u00edzes por solo org\u00e2nico e adubado.<\/p>\n<p>Em apenas 15 dias ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio do trabalho de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, a \u00e1rvore j\u00e1 est\u00e1 visivelmente recuperada e dando frutos.<\/p>\n<p>O evento de comemora\u00e7\u00e3o do renascimento da Figueira de Taipas ocorrer\u00e1 no dia 21 de setembro, \u00e0s 18:30, durante a II Reuni\u00e3o Extraordin\u00e1ria do Conselho Municipal de Patrim\u00f4nio Hist\u00f3rico, Cultural, Ambiental e Arquitet\u00f4nico de Pindamonhangaba.\u00a0A \u00e1rvore est\u00e1 situada \u00e0s margens da Rodovia Vereador Abel Fabr\u00edcio Dias (SP-062), no Bairro das Taipas.<\/p>\n<h6 id=\"text-part-1\" style=\"padding-left: 30px\">*t\u00e9cnica que objetiva a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1rvores, atrav\u00e9s da\u00a0elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de tecidos necrosados, especialmente na regi\u00e3o do tronco, com a posterior\u00a0desinfec\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de fungicidas \u00e0 base de cobre.\u00a0As cavidades resultantes, se amplas e profundas, s\u00e3o preenchidas com material de\u00a0alvenaria com vistas a sustar a progress\u00e3o da necrose e obter a cicatriza\u00e7\u00e3o da les\u00e3o.<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Fotos:<\/strong>\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Luiz de Carvalho<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> Jos\u00e9 Luiz de Carvalho &#8211; Tel.(12)3642-3910 \/ (11)2231-8555 &#8211; ramal 2010 \/ 2012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Em comemora\u00e7\u00e3o Dia da \u00c1rvore, o Viveiro Florestal de Pindamonhangaba, em parceria com a Prefeitura Municipal, apresentam a Revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Figueira das Taipas.
