A proposta do PJ-MAIS \u00e9 adequada ao conceito de reserva da biosfera, integrando a necessidade de sustentabilidade econ\u00f4mica de jovens em situa\u00e7\u00e3o socioecon\u00f4mica desfavor\u00e1vel com a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, mudando atitudes e paradigmas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao seu ambiente e melhorando a qualidade de vida as comunidades envolvidas.<\/p>\n<p>O Programa trabalha o jovem em sua inteireza, encorajando o estudante a pensar, a refletir, a tomar decis\u00f5es e a praticar a \u00e9tica e a cidadania.<\/p>\n<p>O treinamento ecoprofissional acontece nos N\u00facleos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional (NEE) com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 2 anos, sendo realizado simultaneamente \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o do ensino m\u00e9dio. Essa forma\u00e7\u00e3o implica na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de oportunidades de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, treinamento e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o em quatro oficinas tem\u00e1ticas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produ\u00e7\u00e3o e Manejo Agr\u00edcola e Florestal Sustent\u00e1vel;<\/li>\n<li>Turismo Sustent\u00e1vel;<\/li>\n<li>Consumo, Lixo e Arte;<\/li>\n<li>Agroind\u00fastria Artesanal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estas oficinas pr\u00e1ticas e reflexivas, de car\u00e1ter produtivo, abrangem uma ampla gama de possibilidades de atua\u00e7\u00e3o ecoprofissional dos jovens no chamado ecomercado de trabalho.<br \/>\n<strong>Entre os anos de 1996 e 2006 foram atendidos mais de 1300 jovens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESULTADOS DO PJ-MAIS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Os N\u00facleos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional est\u00e3o interligados numa rede que, em 2006, conta com cerca de 265 estudantes e 80 t\u00e9cnicos \/ professores ligados as prefeituras, empresas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o-governamentais e voluntariado. Entre 2000 e 2005 o PJ-MAIS viabilizou 560 oportunidades ecoprofissionais beneficiando mais de 320 jovens. Esta \u00e9 a vertente da participa\u00e7\u00e3o comunit\u00e1ria na gest\u00e3o de territ\u00f3rio, pois as comunidades acabam por ser envolver no cuidado com seus espa\u00e7os naturais, \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ECOMERCADO DE TRABALHO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entende-se por Ecomercado de Trabalho todo o setor produtivo de bens e servi\u00e7os que tem como preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es centrais a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e o bem-estar humano.<\/p>\n<p>O ecomercado de trabalho promove rela\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9ticas, seguras e dignas de trabalho, usando tecnologias de baixo \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>ESTRUTURA DA REDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Estrutura em Rede que preside as a\u00e7\u00f5es do Programa foi uma estrat\u00e9gia para garantir a sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o a longo prazo e viabilizar aspectos importantes como gest\u00e3o participativa, equacionamento financeiro, aumento da qualidade, coes\u00e3o e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o processo. A divis\u00e3o de atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e responsabilidades entre a Reserva da Biosfera a os munic\u00edpios \u00e9 a chave do sucesso do Programa, que se configura como um modelo de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas socioambientais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<strong>* Reserva da Biosfera, coordenada pelo Instituto As visitas s\u00e3o conduzidas por 18 monitores ambientais, ex-alunos do Programa de Jovens dos NEE de S\u00e3o Bernardo do Campo e de Santo Andr\u00e9 \u2013 Paranapiacaba, que est\u00e3o no entorno desse Parque. Esses estudantes foram contratados pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o da Energia e Saneamento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Centro de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es Santa M\u00f4nica<\/strong><br \/>\nUm acordo (Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta) entre a Secretaria do Meio Ambiente de Guarulhos, o Centro de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es Santa M\u00f4nica e a Promotoria Ambiental, permitiu que 7 alunos do PJ-MAIS fossem contratados como aprendizes para desenvolver trabalhos de jardinagens e reflorestamento no N\u00facleo Cabu\u00e7u do Parque Estadual da Cantareira, Trata-se de um importante caso onde a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental prevista pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o promove a inclus\u00e3o comunit\u00e1ria na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o florestal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Espa\u00e7o Eco<\/strong><br \/>\nA BASF S\/A, ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica alem\u00e3, em parceria com a GTZ (Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Tecnol\u00f3gica Alem\u00e3), a Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Bernardo do Campo e outros, instalou um Centro de Excel\u00eancia em Ecoefici\u00eancia denominado Espa\u00e7o Eco. Em maio de 2005 o projeto \u201cTreinamento Ecoprofissional em Zonas Periurbanas: Meio Ambiente e Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Social\u201d foi, dentre 2700 propostas, uma das 30 premiadas. Seu objetivo \u00e9 a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da oficina de PROMAFS (Produ\u00e7\u00e3o e Manejo Agr\u00edcola e Florestal Sustent\u00e1vel) e o fomento do ecomercado de trabalho agroflorestal. Seu plano de trabalho prev\u00ea implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de viveiros de \u00e1rvores nativas e frut\u00edferas, hortas org\u00e2nicas e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o florestal em 9 munic\u00edpios do Programa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neutraliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Carbono<br \/>\n<\/strong>O N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional de Embu-Gua\u00e7u, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 7 estudantes e a parceria da Prefeitura Municipal e a Oficina de Carbone, teve uma importante experi\u00eancia de neutralizar parte das emiss\u00f5es de CO2 do evento internacional itSMF \u2013 The IT Service Managment F\u00f3rum &#8211; com o plantio de 250 mudas nativas do ecossistema de v\u00e1rzea no Parque Estadual da V\u00e1rzea de Embu-Gua\u00e7u. Esta \u00faltima respons\u00e1vel por compor com seus mananciais o sistema Cantareira de abastecimento de \u00e1gua de 50% da Grande S\u00e3o Paulo. O N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional de Cubat\u00e3o est\u00e1 inserido dentro do PROGRAMA DE RECUPERA\u00c7\u00c3O SOCIOAMBIENTAL DA SERRA DO MAR, por conta da Coordenadoria Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental que este programa constitui uma a\u00e7\u00e3o integrada do Governo do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental de por\u00e7\u00f5es de territ\u00f3rio da Serra do Mar, que foram objeto de ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es inadequadas ao longo do tempo. A maior parte de sua \u00e1rea verde est\u00e1 localizada ao sul do munic\u00edpio. O rio Embu-Mirim \u00e9 um dos principais contribuintes da Represa Guarapiranga.<\/p>\n<p>A Est\u00e2ncia Tur\u00edstica de Embu possui mais de 230 mil habitantes. As atividades econ\u00f4micas s\u00e3o diversificadas: agricultura, ind\u00fastria, com\u00e9rcio e turismo. A cidade tem importante patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico e atrativos tur\u00edsticos significativos, como a Feira de Artesanato, o Museu do \u00cdndio, a Fonte dos Jesu\u00edtas, o Memorial Sakai, etc. al\u00e9m de restaurantes t\u00edpicos, lojas de m\u00f3veis, galerias de arte e antiqu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>Apresentando significativos fragmentos de Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, Embu possui flora e fauna diversificadas, com muitas esp\u00e9cies de aves, mam\u00edferos, r\u00e9pteis e anf\u00edbios, inclusive alguns amea\u00e7ados de extin\u00e7\u00e3o. Para preservar as esp\u00e9cies e garantir a qualidade de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, no final de 2008, foi criada a APA Embu Verde (\u00c1rea de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental). Ocupando uma \u00e1rea de 15,7 km2, a APA Embu Verde est\u00e1 localizada dentro da Reserva da Biosfera do Cintur\u00e3o Verde da Cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo e pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 Reserva Florestal do Morro Grande, em Cotia. Os rios Embu Gua\u00e7u e Santa Rita s\u00e3o os maiores contribuintes da represa Guarapiranga. O N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional j\u00e1 funcionou em tr\u00eas lugares: \u201cParque Ecol\u00f3gico da Represinha\u201d (84.000 m\u00b2), na secretaria do meio ambiente, regi\u00e3o central e atualmente est\u00e1 no centro de viv\u00eancias no bairro Branca Flor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>PARA\u00cdBUNA<br \/>\n<\/strong>Munic\u00edpio com aproximadamente 18.567 habitantes, 809.79 km\u00b2 de \u00e1rea, localizada na microrregi\u00e3o de Paraitinga. Sua \u00e1rea verde, pr\u00f3ximo ao rio Para\u00edbuna, possui seus afluentes preservados pelo Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar, uma das \u00e1reas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental mais importantes do Brasil, pois faz parte da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica. As atividades do N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional funciona na fazenda Santa Branca, coordenado pelo Instituto H&amp;H Fauser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>SANTO ANDR\u00c9<\/strong><br \/>\nMunic\u00edpio com aproximadamente 679.753 habitantes, localizadas ao sul da cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo. Mais da metade dos seus 174,84 km\u00b2 situam-se em \u00c1reas de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o aos Mananciais. O munic\u00edpio possui 02 N\u00facleos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional: Vila de Paranapiacaba e Parque do Pedroso.<br \/>\n<strong>A Vila de Paranapiacaba<\/strong>, localizada na regi\u00e3o sudeste de Santo Andr\u00e9, est\u00e1 no limite entre Planalto Paulista e Serra do Mar. Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do seu grande valor hist\u00f3rico, arquitet\u00f4nico e tecnol\u00f3gico foi tombado pelo CONDEPHAAT e o IPHAN, com atua\u00e7\u00e3o no Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar e no Parque Natural Nascente de Paranapiacaba.<br \/>\n<strong>O Parque Natural Municipal do Pedroso<\/strong>, onde se localiza o N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional, \u00e9 uma p\u00e1rea de 842,34 hectares, fornece 7% da \u00e1gua consumida no munic\u00edpio. \u00c9 a maior reserva natural do Grande ABC cujo entorno \u00e9 habitado por 3000 fam\u00edlias no bairro Recreio da Borda do importante ponto tur\u00edstico e guarda algumas riquezas naturais: o Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar, e o Parque Estadual Marinho da Laje de Santos. Al\u00e9m disso, conta com um patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico significativo. O N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional est\u00e1 sediado no Jardim Bot\u00e2nico Municipal, com 90.000 m\u00b2 de extens\u00e3o e mais de 300 esp\u00e9cies da flora brasileira.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00c3O BERNARDO DO CAMPO<\/strong><br \/>\nMunic\u00edpio com aproximadamente 816.599 habitantes, localizado ao sul da cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo t\u00eam, 66% do seu espa\u00e7o declarado com \u00c1rea de Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental. Possui em seu patrim\u00f4nio a Mata Atl\u00e2ntica e 70% da \u00e1rea da Represa Billings. O N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional possui uma sede pr\u00f3pria instalada no distrito de Riacho Grande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00c3O PAULO<\/strong><br \/>\nMunic\u00edpio com aproximadamente 10.998.813 habitantes. A cobertura vegetal hoje existente no munic\u00edpio \u00e9 constitu\u00edda basicamente por: fragmentos da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o natural secund\u00e1ria (florestas e campos naturais), que ainda resistem ao processo de expans\u00e3o urbana, em por\u00e7\u00f5es mais preservadas no extremo sul (APA Capivari-Monos, 1\/6 da \u00e1rea do munic\u00edpio), na Serra da Cantareira ao Norte e em manchas isoladas, como as APAs do Carmo e Iguatemi, na zona leste. O N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional funciona em 01 Unidade de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o: N\u00facleo<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1933    alignleft\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infraestruturameioambiente.sp.gov.br\/institutoflorestal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/234\/2013\/03\/proj_ativ_clip_image048-e1363801577623.jpg\" width=\"277\" height=\"208\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1932  alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infraestruturameioambiente.sp.gov.br\/institutoflorestal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/234\/2013\/03\/proj_ativ_clip_image046-e1363801539997.jpg\" width=\"277\" height=\"207\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00c3O ROQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Munic\u00edpio com aproximadamente 74.169 habitantes localiza-se na regi\u00e3o sudoeste do estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. Possui \u00e1reas tombadas pelo IPHAN por sua import\u00e2ncia hist\u00f3rica e arquitet\u00f4nica al\u00e9m de remanescentes de Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, como a Mata da C\u00e2mara (125.84 ha). Esse foi o n\u00facleo piloto para o desenvolvimento das atividades do Programa. Atualmente o N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ecoprofissional est\u00e1 localizado no \u201cCentro Cultural Brasital\u201d, na regi\u00e3o central da cidade.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>WORKSHOPS<\/strong><br \/>\n1994 &#8211; WORKSHOP para a Implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Gest\u00e3o da RBCV, no qual participaram v\u00e1rios segmentos representativos da sociedade (UNESCO, Instituto Florestal, SABESP, CETESB, IPT, EMPLASA, Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal, CONDEPHAAT, CUT, ONGs, etc.). Este WORKSHOP elegeu um Comit\u00ea Transit\u00f3rio, respons\u00e1vel pela elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma Proposta detalhada para o Sistema de Gest\u00e3o da Reserva. A\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iflorestal.sp.gov.br\/rbcv\/gestao.asp\">proposta<\/a>\u00a0j\u00e1 foi entregue e encontra-se atualmente em fase de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1996 &#8211; WORKSHOP Planos de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Comunidade Sueca e a Reserva da Biosfera do Cintur\u00e3o Verde no Centen\u00e1rio do Parque Estadual Alberto L\u00f6fgren (Horto Florestal &#8211; SP) visando resgatar e fortalecer os la\u00e7os de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre a su\u00e9cia e o Instituto Florestal.
